LAS CRUCES — A Mesilla Valley Mall eatery has been downgraded for violations of the state’s food processing regulations. Chinese Gourmet Express was downgraded Tuesday following an inspection by the New Mexico Environment Department. An “unsatisfactory” emblem has been placed at the restaurant.
