Prague- Czech negotiators have overcome the biggest obstacle that prevented the EC’s approval of the Czech operational programme The Environment, Martin Bursik said today, adding that EC officials nodded to Prague’s proposal of ways to tackle spcific problems of subsidising sewage treatment plants.
